Today, Caswell-Massey is owned by a private investment group and is based in New Jersey, with a store in New York City. George Washington gave a bottle of "Cologne Number 6" to the Marquis de Lafayette, and Lewis and Clarke took its products on their cross-country trek. Hunter served his distinguished clientele living in the nearby "cottages," supplying their "medicinals" as well as their perfumes and personal care products, according to the company's website. Unfortunately, the problem with that is that someone will have to take the DVR back to the office, and get a return recipt so that you are not charged for two boxes. Is their a family member or friend who could go to a Spectrum Office and pick up a new DVR for you if the phone activation doesn't work? Have this person take a copy of your account information to the Spectrum Office. Have you tried calling Spectrum and having them reactivate the box to your account? I would try that and say that if the over the phone activation fails, that you don't want a tech dispatched because of the pandemic and health concerns you cite. My first question to ask- Is this a new box? How did you get it? If the box is new, are their fresh batteries in the remote? Do you have a second remote that you can test to see if recording works? The Community might be able to come up with a way to fix this remotely. about not wanting strangers in your home during this time.
